 May 17 & 18, 2008 - King & Queen of the Beach at Baltimore Beach in Baltimore's Inner Harbor & COED 4s This is our first tournament weekend of the year and just like last year, a couple hurdles had to be jumped to pull it off. The Friday before teh tourney, Mother Nature decided to dump 4 inches of rain on us. Saturday morning, Courts 1, 2 and 4 we UNDER WATER. Thanks to a bunch of early risers, we were able dig a few drenches and dry the courts out. The King of the Beach format is our most popular format, and with only 7 nets available to us at this location, ALL of the nets were packed! So in the future, take note that is very important to sign up early! Sunday's COED 4s was a lot of fun. We received a good bit of rain, but we played through! Men's OPEN Winners: 1st Place:
