These are the directions to the Harford Community College location for all points NORTH traveling via I-83 from PA:

DIRECTIONS
HARFORD COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Address: 401 Thomas Run Road, Bel Air, MD 21015
  • From I-83, take Exit 36 (MD Route 439), East (Figure 1)
  • Take RT. 439 (Old York Rd) East for 7 miles to RT. 23 (Norrisville Rd), and go RIGHT (Figure 2)
  • Go approx 7 miles, make RIGHT at traffic light on to MD RT. 165 (Figure 3)
  • Go approx 1.5 miles to your 1st traffic light (MD RT. 23) and go LEFT (Figure 4)
  • Go approx 6.8 miles to the END of RT 23 (East West Hwy) at US RT 1 BYPASS, and go LEFT (Figure 5)
  • Go to your first traffic light (MD RT 543) and go RIGHT (Figure 6)
  • Go .7 miles and turn LEFT on Prospect Mill Road (Figure 7)
  • Go 2.6 miles to your first traffic light (MD RT 22/155), go LEFT (Figure 8)
  • Go to your 2nd traffic light, go LEFT (at the Wawa), parking is on your left (Figure 9)
